Sick Leaders... hurt people.

Some leaders get sick or already was sick when they start something and they don't perceive the signs that something is not going well. When the crew starts to jump ship, it is not a riot. It is not because they are rebels. It is just for a very simple reason: the ship is sinking! Whatever you are trying to do or starting to lead, make sure that emotionally you are well, fix the things that need to be fixed before start to leading people. A Sick leader will contaminate the whole crew, produce a sick people, create a sick leaders that in the end, we can not call it leadership... it is more manipulation, controlling and domination. There is more fear than motivation. The true leaders inspire people to follow them, it is  not because they are perfect, but because they are sincere, true, even though, they have problems and weakness, but they are willing to do the right thing!
